Reason being, He would be the only one to be able to prevent Kirin from destroying his opponent. And I mean he have the Kyuubi +Sage mode, thus rendering Sasuke's genjitsu's useless.
Kakashi vs Suigetsu
I have found that Konoha have a huge lack of Water based elemental Ninja's thus it place them in a very thigh position when facing a water based opponent. Kakashi is the only candidate that provided any substantial ability to halt or control water based attacks. His array of jitsu's create a very potent combination and I cant see a substitute for him to face Suigetsu.
Neji + Yamato vs Juugo
First of I placed 2 ninja's against Juugo. The reason being is that Neji is an excellent hand to hand specialist, in this Im taking a gamble, because I hope/think that he might have the ability to prevent Juugo from functioning the way he does, if Neji can block his chakra pores. That is a big if, the curse seal/Juugo's ability might not have any response to Neji's attacks and thus I have added Yamato to the equation as a backup plan because he would be the only person to restrain Yuugo from going beserk, Yamato have the ability to assist in blocking the Nine tails, I can only think that he would have the same effect on Juugo?
Sakura vs Karin
Oooohh, the only reason I have placed them together is I have always fantasized about 2 girls fighting in the mud with each other over a boy and that is so bound to happen when these two collide!!! LOLOLOL

neji alone can defeat jugo with ease....dont underestimate hyuuga or byakugan....remember sharigan evolved from byakugan......and neji can become just as strong as sasuke....full powers of byakugan are yet to be showed!!!
