The Perfect Resengan

I was asking myself something for a long time. There are like 50 different types of Resengan (Moon Resengan/Oodama Resengan/Kuubi Resengan/Resen Shuriken etc.) But if there is the Perfect Susano'o why not a Perfect Resengan? Something stronger than the Resengan in Naruto Shippuden Movie 4 : The Lost Tower.

And how does it work? It work that way :
1. Masashi Kishimoto has and idea and puts it in the manga.
2. Then every fan of Naruto likes it.
If he puts it in the manga The Perfect Resengan you all will start writing things about the great power of the Resengan, but because it isn't in the manga or in the anime you all hate the idea. I just wrote what i was thinking i wasn't asking you to tell me how does the system works.

good question lol, there's so much variation in rasengans you can't even tell how much rasengans there are, but its been stated in the manga that the ransengan is actually a ripoff version of the Bijuu Dama

a perfect skill or justu just means you have trained and honed the justu for so long that it is no longer necessary to or imposible to improve on it any more, so yeah it IS actually posible to get a perfect fire ball or chidori just like madara has a perfect susano
