Madara in the final chapter said that juubi is becoming perfect juubi.So will it have 9 tomoes? In the chapter it look like that the juubi has leaf body(wood element) or some thing.I think perfect body of juubi is is wood body with rinnegan fused with sharingan eye. Then it will have the power to cast infinte tsukyomi.
