I can't agree with you. At this point after everything Sasuke has done, he wouldn't be a solid Hokage candidate. There is no perfect Hokage in my mind, but among the living candidates Naruto would be a good choice...particularly if he takes advice from Kakashi, Shikaku, Shikamaru, and other intelligent members of the Leaf.
