The people Sakura embodies

I hate Mikasa, worst female in any anime almost on par with Sakura. And actually that's not how it is, they have Sasha, Hanji (my favourite) and Annie who are all fantastic characters, it's just Mikasa who ruins their record. AoT shows females being just as capable as men except for Mikasa they gave her loads of power (for no reason) and also took away her independance. Making her way more insulting, her life is entirely dependant on a male and every thought she's had concerns him in some form or another.



Women in Naruto are both good and bad really. There are exceptions but the fact that they're constantly pushed down and the fact that you won't find a single kunoichi in most people's top 10s (both strength & favourites) make it a really awkward subject.

Any other female in that show is inferior to majority of the men =x. With Mikasa they basically showed that a female can be top teir fighter. =p. Her life is not even dependent on a male. She can live on her own.. just because he loves the guy doesn't mean it dependent on him. Thats like saying Sakura is dependent on Sasuke or Naruto.. when in reality she isn't.


Well yea thats the fans choice tho. Tsunade is easily top 10 in regards to prowess. Sakura with more feats should be up there. But you can't deny that fans like characters more that show "fancy" jutsus. Most of the Tsunade hate comes from her being on par with the other Sanin according to the manga, but fans feel "threatened" and don't even know why.

Woah woah woah what. Annie constantly kicked the crap out of Eren and is stronger even without her titan form than most characters in the show. Hanji is also amazingly strong and is impressive to have survived so long, she's respected by Levi for one.

No seriously, Mikasa has entire dependence on Eren. I'm not just exaggerating, show me one panel or moment where she's not worrying about Eren, thinking about Eren, fighting for Eren, protecting Eren or reminiscing about Eren...it's such wasted potential and it's sad to see.

Totally agree with the Tsunade point though. People on here only want the biggest and coolest jutsu they can find and anyone or anybody who fights close-mid range is apparently a weakling. Tsunade fought Madara, one of the best long-range ninja in the series and yet you see her being paired against Part 1 Sasuke and Kimimaro and she still apparently loses.

Tsunade, Kurotsuchi and Tayuya are in my top 10 favourites. Shame there aren't more.

If you don't like Sakura threads.. don't bother posting and wasting time. This is to discuss about Sakura and others mentioned in the thread.

Sakura as we know is the only team 7 female, and she was trained by an female also. Now just like Naruto and Sasuke who represent and embody a whole lot of people.. Sakura is the same. It simply isn't emphasized in the manga.

The people Sakura possibly represents:

Tsunade - This is already seen through Medical ninjutsu and so on.

Kushina - already been compared to Kushina in regards to her behavior and so on.

Toka - Only woman who was feared for her prowess in genjutsu, and Sakura just happened to be naturally a genjutsu type and has been breaking others out of genjutsu.

Chiyo - ahahah the hair? =D rofl, but seriously Sakura reminds me a lot about chiyo, in regards to poison.hair style and attitude.
