Not a bad list, but I disagree with you about some of their power ups.

Sasuke and Naruto were on the same level in the gaiden. Sasuke was just as rusty as Naruto. IE: Sasuke was the reason Naruto was stabbed. After Naruto was stabbed Sasuke turned his back to his opponent and dropped his guard.

since when did a guy with 1 arm become stronger then a guy with 2 arms (with has Hashirama cells), and don't say that because sasuke mastered the Rinnegan Naruto has the 2 half's of Kurama so 2x the strength he had at VOTE 2 which cancels that out and if it comes down to a Taijutsu fight we all know sasuke is gonna lose that one what with his 1 arm and all.

The point of the thread is that Kishi obviously made a pattern of who gets stronger than who and theyre usually one after the other, to all the people who say SM Naruto > MS Sasuke or Sasuke needed all Bijuu to equal Naruto, all which are wrong they were equal before he used the bijuu power and Naruto was gathering up alot of senjutsu the whole fight to defend against that

As for being adults they are still equal, a recent movie synopsis further provided this fact stating on an adult Sasuke description for the Boruto movie that his strength is on par with Naruto
