The Past Wolf Pt. 2
Last time, we went through the past to learn more about the Council of Seven wolves. We learned that Gemba wants to see every last human suffer and fade away from this world.
We also learned that Haruki has hope for humans, that they will find a different path that does not involve violence.
Haruki sealed herself in a human child, giving this child the traits Haruki had. Then, Tobuchi took the child and raised him in the world of humans.
Tobuchi, was able to take a human form, therefore blending in with the rest, and also hiding his true identity from the human boy named Jin, who, for now, is living the normal life as a 15 year old boy who goes to school. Jobuchi, lives as a human, in his 40s, living as Jin's father.
Allow me to take you to their location.
Year: 2011 Month/day: June 2nd Location: Tokyo, Japan
*Somewhere in Tokyo, on a hill in a local coffee shop*
Jin: "I'm off to school Dad!" *Shouted Jin as he comes running down the stares in his school uniform*
Tobuchi: "Are you going to be home for dinner?!" *Shouted Tobuchi from the other room*
Jin: "Go ahead and start without me! I'm going to hang out with my friends after school! Later!" *Shouted Jin rushing out the door and down the hill heading for school*
*As Jin made his way to school, his friends sneak up and surprise him*
Karl: "Yo Jin! Whats up bro?" *Said Karl as he throws his arm around Jin*
Yinaki: "-Sigh- Leave him alone Karl. We need to get to school." *Said Yinaki in a firm gentle voice*
Karl: "Uh- um, right.. Sure thing Yinaki!" *Said Karl blushing as he spoke his words to Yinaki*
Jin: "Haha. Why haven't you asked her out yet? Shes obviously into you, so go for it." *Said Jin sarcastically*
Karl: "Ah shut up. What would you know about love?" *Karl asked*
Jin: "More then you obviously." *Said Jin with a grin on his face*
Uria: "Oh, hey Jin. Hey Karl. How are you today?" *Said Uria smiling every so brightly*
Karl: "Huh? Oh whats up Uria, nice to see you." *Said Karl smiling back*
Jin: "Oh, uhhhh, hey... u-Uria. h-How are y-You today?" *asked Jin as he tripped over his words again and again*
*Uria giggles and smiles at Jin*
Uria: "I'm well, thanks for asking. Anyway, see you guys at school." *Said Uria as she runs ahead*
*Jin lets out a deep sigh and continues walking toward the school*
Karl: "So, you know more about love then me huh?" *Asked Karl as he laughed*
Jin: "Ah shut up!" *Shouted Jin as he chased Karl the rest of the way to school*
*As they enter the school, they head strait to their classroom and wait the rest of the time out*
-Morning bell rings-
Teacher: "Alright students settle down." *Said the teacher*
*As the teacher spoke his words, all the students calmed down and sat in their seats, with only one desk empty*
Teacher: "-Sigh- I see Narabi is gone... again." *Said the teacher as he marked Narabi off on his list*
*Karl leans over toward Jin*
Karl: "Hey man, I think Narabi has the right idea. We should just ditch class. This is all a bunch of pointless crap anyway. Come on lets get out of here." *Whispered Karl*
Jin: "No way man. My father would kill me if he found out I skipped." *Whispered Jin*
Teacher: "Karl, Jin, stop the whispering and pay attention." *Commanded the teacher*
Jin & Karl: "Sorry sir." *They both said at the same time*
*Later that day, it is now lunch time*
-Lunch bell rings-
*All the students stand from their chairs and grab their food from their bags and sit in the classroom and eat*
Jin: "Thank god. I'm starving!" *Said Jin*
Karl: "Thats what you always say man. I mean, look at your lunch. It looks big enough to feed a family of four!" *Said Karl as he pointed at Jin's lunch*
Jin: "Yeah I know. And whats weird is I never gain a pound. Its like i'm eating for two people or something..." *Said Jin as he cracked open his lunch box and began to eat*
Karl: "Right, whatever. Your just lucky that you never got to worry about being fat or anything. We normal people have to work for our health." *Said Karl as he cracked his lunch box open and began eating*
*As Jin and Karl began eating, Yinaki and Uria come over from the classroom next door with their lunches and sit down with Karl and Jin*
Yinaki: "Jeez Jin, you have a larger lunch box then anyone here. Thats easily a lunch box big enough to feed three students." *Said Yinaki as she sat down*
Uria: "I think its nice he eats the way he does. Its better then starving yourself." *Said Uria as she sat down smiling*
Karl: "Of course you wouldn't have a problem with it Uria. I mean, you have a crush on Jin don't you?" *Said Karl as he grinned evilly*
*As Karl spoke those words, Jin nearly chokes on his food*
Jin: "Come on man, not funny." *Said Jin after taking a drink of water to wash down his food*
*Uria giggles*
Uria: "I don't know. Jin is a nice, smart, healthy good looking guy. I might fall for him if I get to know him better." *Said Uria as she smiled*
*Jin's face slowly turns red as his eyes widen out in surprise*
Karl: "HAHA! Hear that man? I just scored for you!" *Shouted Karl as he throws his arm around Jin*
Yinaki: "Cut it out Karl, no one is in the mood for your crap while they eat." *Said Yinaki as she yanked on Karl's ear pulling him away from Jin*
Karl: "Ow! Ow! Ow! Okay okay! Sorry!" *Cried Karl*
*Uria giggles*
Uria: " You know something, I think Yinaki and Karl would make a good couple." *Said Uria as she giggled again*
*Both Yinaki and Karl blush then look at each other then away*
Yinaki: "Me, date him? Not in a million years."
*Karl's head drops*
Karl: "Thats a little harsh don't you think?" *Asked Karl sadly*
*As everyone else is just starting on their lunch, Jin is already finished*
Karl: "Holy crap man, you don't waste any time do you?" *Asked Karl as he started eating on his own lunch*
Jin: "Well I thought while you were busy getting wiped by Yinaki, I would take my time to eat." *Said Jin laughing*
Karl: "Ah shut it!" *Shouted Karl*
*Both Yinaki and Uria giggle away as they eat their food*
*After lunch was over, Jin and Karl set in their own seats while Yinaki and Uria move over to their own classroom*
*At the end of the school day, the bell rings*
-Final bell-
Karl: "Yes! We're free!" *Shouted Karl as he jumped from his desk*
Teacher: "Alright students, don't forget to work on your assignments over the summer." *Said the teacher as he began packing up his stuff*
*As Jin and Karl leave their classroom, they run into Yinaki and Uria in the hallway*
Karl: "Hey! You girls ready for that haunted house?" *Grinned Karl as he throws one arm over each girl*
*Yinaki pinches the skin on Karl's hand hard enough for her to have a grip on his hand and throws his arm off of her*
Yinaki: "Don't touch me." *Said Yinaki*
Karl: "Ow! Come on. Really?!" *Shouted Karl as he removed his other arm from Uria to hold his hurt hand*
Jin: "You kinda had it coming." *Said Jin as he walked past*
Karl: "Grrr. Shut up!" *Shouted Karl as he started walking after the girls went onward*
*After leaving the school campus, they all head to the local haunted building that is over 100 years old*
Karl: "You guys ready?" *Asked Karl as he grinned*
Yinaki: "Shut up freak and get going." *Said Yinaki violently*
Jin: "I'm ready, how about you Uria?" *Asked Jin as he looked at Uria*
Uria: "I... I don't know. I'm kind of scared." *Said Uria in a soft voice*
Jin: "Don't worry, its going to be fine. Trust me. Here, you can use my flashlight with yours as well." *Said Jin as he smiled and willingly hands over his flashlight*
Uria: "Thank you Jin. Your so kind." *Said Uria as she smiled back at him*
*After all that was taken care of, they entered the building and began looking around*
Karl: "Alright, this is boring. Lets split up into teams. Jin, your with me. Uria and Yinaki you girls go up stairs and check out all the rooms up there." *Said Karl*
Yinaki: "Who died and made you leader, Karl?" *Asked Yinaki as she crossed her arms*
Uria: "I think it sounds like a fine idea. Come on Yinaki." *Said Uria as she started up the stairs*
Yinaki: "-Sigh- Fine." *Said Yinaki as she followed Uria*
*As the girls make their way upstairs, Karl and Jin continue to search down stairs*
Karl: "Holy crap. Hey Jin, come check this out man." *Said Karl as he was in a different room then Jin*
Jin: "What is it?" *Asked Jin as he walked into the room*
Jin: "Oh my god. What are these?" *Asked Jin as he stared at what looked like deer and boar bodies that still had flesh on the bones*
Karl: "Hell if I know. All I know is its not pretty..." *Said Karl as he continued to look at them*
*As Jin and Karl continue looking, they hear the girls scream from upstairs*
Jin: "What was that?!" *Asked Jin as he jumped in fear from the screams*
Karl: "That sounded like Yinaki and Uria!" *Said Karl as he rushed up stairs*
*As Karl made his way up the stairs, Jin followed behind and they both entered the room from where the screams came from*
Karl: "Hey are you girls okay!?" *Asked Karl as he stormed around the corner and sees a unknown creature eating at another body*
Karl: "Holy shit!" *Shouted Karl as he fell backward on his butt*
*As the group stood there shocked at what was happening, the creature slowly looks to the side and stares at Jin*
Creature: "So... your the Stigma of Life?" *Asked the creature as it slowly turned toward them*
Jin: "Stigma of Life? What the hell are you talking about?"
Karl: "That damn thing can talk!?" *Shouted Karl as he was frozen in place in fear*
Creature: "I'm going to kill you, so that way Gemba can be free to kill the humans as he wishes." *Said the creature*
Jin: "k-Kill me?" *Jin repeated in fear*
