Uchiha are passionate people, their love defies all reason and logic (ex: Sasuke & Sakura) so it's not unreasonable to presume that a Uchiha could have had a relationship outside the Clan, irregardless of their self-imposed isolation/segregation.
And you know... spawned an illegitimate brat.
