My Theory :
besides Sasuke,i think there were some survivers who managed to stay alive, after the Uchiha Clan Massacre (at least one Survivor) :
-Logic says :
no matter how strong they are ,it's still seems Impossible to me that Tobidara and Itachi could annihilate all of the Uchiha members for the following reasons :
1-the Uchiha Massacre plan would take some time to be completed ...think about it...if just Tobidara and itachi started slaughring all of the Uchiha members, the other Uchihas members would have noticed that with their visuel prowess...
2-it's impossible that the job of Killing the Uchiha members could be done silently...i mean there must've been screams that warn other uchiha neighbors...and this would allow few to escape or hide !!
3-it's also impossible to imagine 2 things :
-A) it doenst' make sense ,that all Uchiha members fall in deep sleep during the Massacre becuz the Uchiha were at odds with the Konoha leaders...this should make the uchiha members vigillent during day and night and ready for everything !!!
B)-it doesn't make sense that all the Uchiha mebbers were in the Uchiha neiborhood....their must have been other uchihas who were outside doing missions..and when they returned they found all their familes dead T_T.
3-Tobidara could be the one who killed the Uchiha lilttle chldren....i dont think Itachi could kill uchiha kids or baby todllers....in other words , itachi could have met some little boy during the Massacre , then mercy took over itachi's heart and let the boy escape....then the boy will grow avenger and make his come back in Naruto part 3..
4- the other Uchiha survivor not making his appearance in naruto part1 and 2 makes perfect sense..becuz the Uchiha were both targeted by senju and Danzo..
4-the sole Uchiha survivor is needed for Naruto part 3 for the Plot of restoring the Uchiha clan...the other surviving Uchiha could be an Uchiha girl..
