Going by feats alone, Kaguya could've one shotted each of them easily.

Kinishi fought Adult Sasuke and two kages while Momoshiki fought Adult Sasuke and Adult Naruto. Kaguya ended up losing to teen rinnegan sasuke, teen rsm naruto, dms kakashi, and Sakura.
There is no way of gauging their strengths down to the detail but they're virtually identical when it comes down to loss.

The 4 Hokage shown in the war arc would clown them with ease. Saying that Momoshiki & Kinshiki can clear this is saying that their power is on par or greater than a Ten Tails' Jinchuriki which is laughable given their feats.
Obito rips them apart instantly before they can do anything significant, especially since they possess no senjutsu.

Kinshiki keeping up with Sasuke is meaningless to bring up since Sasuke has no noteworthy speed feats and he was physically dodged by all of the Kage easily including Gaara, when he rushed over to save Momoshiki.

Momoshiki & Kinshiki were both stated to be the same as far as speed goes anyway, so anyone that can keep pace with Momoshiki can keep pace with Kinshiki and vice versa. What separates them in CQC is Kinshiki's physical strength.

Darui was clashing evenly with Momoshiki, so Tobirama & Minato kill him easily. Momoshiki's Bijudama is teleported away.

Hashirama simply pins Kinshiki under his God gates or he binds him with a Wood dragon in CQC.
