Many who watched the series and read the Manga first seen the "Fist Bump" presented by Bee. The Origin of this gesture actually has a long and meaningful lineage.
The "Fist Bump" is more or less a gesture of friendship that is interchanged between two individuals. It is a lot like if not another form of a Handshake, Soul Handshake or an Hot Five. There are a number of instances that can cause this action as we all know.
Throughout the world, the Fist Bump is a bit unusual for some simply because it involves closed fists. A lot of societies perceive this particular action to be confrontational rather than the former. Of course this can lead to a misinterpretation. Also, this can be correlated with the misinterpretation of the existence of the Tailed Beast. Their existence are based on checks and balances pertaining to nature. However, humans in the series think that their existence is the later, destruction and terror.
As I stated earlier, Fist Bumping is a form of the Handshake. If we are to take a peak at History, the origin of the handshake was thought by many to be a demonstration of peace. In which showing that the hand holds no weapon. Considering the main concept of Naruto, it's quite simple to see how the "Fist Bump" integrates into the series. Not only is it for blending and molding chakra together, but it has a far more transcended meaning.
This was basically a quick analysis on this topic. If people are truly interested in the gesture and would like further clarification. I would happy elaborate further on this topic. Thank you all for viewing.
