i think they said orange because Naruto's mother has red hair and his father has blonde hair and wen this color mixes they form orange .. u shld go to the manga n read the talk between naruto and his mother

This ^^ and the sparkle bit is probably a reference to his father's Yellow Flash nickname

I think his hair colour will be a mix of his mother and father and sparkle means his speed when he is in chakra mode he can match his father up to certain extent. so he becomes orange sparkle hokage.
