The only way to stop Indra from screwing everything up is to seal him while he is inside Sasuke using either the reaper death seal or the totsuka blade to trap Indra's soul for eternity.
This will be a great sacrifice on Sasuke's part but it would earn the respect of all Naruto fanboys and he'd go out like a boss.

The poll is for either Totsuka Blade or RDS sealing, none will happen & I don't think the reincarnation works that way. Indra is a reincarnation, not a being that can be sealed.
