If the konoha come and help with Obito, yes. With madara, no. If Sasuke comes and helps with Madara, yes. If both come then that's how they will be defeated. Otherwise I don't know, with madara going serious mode it looks like they are screwed.

But the only way to have the rinnegan is if it gets implanted in you or if you have senju and Uchiha dna
