I been observing the manga for a while but i believe kishimoto will make Obito turn to a good guy because Obito actually admiring naruto personality and reflecting his behaviour to himself.I believe Obito will undergo the Nagato sydrome effects and suffer the same thing as nagato did when he faught naruto.However Obito when he turn good will use Kamui and absorb Madara into his own dimension .How will madara will exit the other dimension?Madara will stay trap in the other dimension forever in his edo tensi form

Madara will basically be stuck in kamui dimension.However Kakashi and Obito cannot using Kamui anymore because it will give madara potential to escape from the dimension

Kishimoto already eliminate the mask guy Tobi personality when he reveal his identity.After Obito identity was reveal he become more emotional because the Tobi (Obito with mask) did not care about anyone said and get his stuff done.Now we seeing obito making conversation with naruto and even comparing him to himself.
