Ummm Tobirama? He is the only Shinobi to make a technique that defies death and grants immortality without any special Dojutsu or such OP gifts .....

Madara was revived by kabuto's reanimation jutsu otherwise madara would be still dead =D

Madara awakened rinnegan in his 2nd life but SO6P awakened his rinnegan in his 1st life

Madara is able to defeat hashirama in his 2nd life otherwise he always stomped by hashirama

Madara stole hashi's cells but SO6P didnt stole anyone's cells / powers =D

there is no doubt current Madara can now stomp anyone in this war but it is unacceptable that madara is > SO6P U_U

and for kabuto.... Madara's notoriety was enough that Kabuto to search for his DNA and reincarnate the notorious Uchiha in his youthful prime as a bid for strategic dominance in the Fourth Shinobi World War while exposing Obito's deception. However this had make a backfired/repercussions as Madara severed his contract with the Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation to carry out the final phase of his plan, considering his reincarnation as an unfortunate substitute of the intended resurrection which Nagato was supposed to perform. Regardless of this, Madara enacted his longtime plan and was ultimately able to use his backup plan to force Obito to revive him using the Outer Path technique.

His so called foresight thought is basically committing suicide and telling his apprentice to resurrect him when the time is right.
