The only reason Sakura didn't get BM is because she is currently giving chakra to the army. That's it. She has actually been crucial to the war. If she has been standing around like half of you say then of course she would of got BM.

Actually the reason she didn't get BM is that there are only 9 tails and among Naruto and his friends, Naruto and Sasuke are creating the attack, Neji is dead, so that leaves 10 left, so Kishi is like "I'll just say Sakura is busy healing so there are 9" and that is why Sakura is the only one not to get BM.
