Indra has no real connection to the juubi's chakra or the rinnegan.

If he had Juubi chakra, he would have six path sagemode like Obito and Madara.
He also doesn't have a rinnegan either, only six path chakra from his dad.

Sasuke is literally Indra incarnate. His chakra and ashuras was passed down to sasuke and Naruto. No chakra, no body. Indra is dead, the only way he is alive is thru sasuke who he chose as the next successor. Hagoromo stated himself that ashura chose Naruto, so Indra must've chosen sasuke. Now why would he hate sasuke so much if he chose him to be his successor? Plus, Indra has no connection to itachi nor did he know him. /Thread
