the Jubi's eye is a divine eye, anybody who has divine energy in them seems to have the eye, eg = kaguya and sasuke,

Kaguya ate the fruit and divine chakra became part of her being

Sasuke received divine energy and it also became part of his being, it goes great lengths to prove it, with having a literal moon tattoo in his flesh,


Madara and obito as juubi jin not having the eye, is simple, both of them don't have divine energy within their being, they just host the jubi. who has divine energy,

having divine energy and hosting the one who has it, is two different things

if madara eats the fruit, the divine energy will become part of his being and should have the jubi eye

Well if its ONLY Kaguya and Sasuke have the eye, howd Sasuke get it? The divine energy is a gift from Hago then how come Hago didnt have it? (I do think he does though, with the little thing in his forehead - or maybe its just a symbol rather than an eye). Hago was both the jin and son of Kaguya so.... what?
