Madara loses against Kaguya. Once he gets teleported into a different dimension, Kaguya can simply leave him to die. And leaving him be in another dimension isn't running away, it's tactics. Zabuza trapped Kakashi in a Water Prison that Kakashi couldn't escape from. Obito can leave his opponents to die in the Kamui dimension if he warps them there. It's the same logic. The point of a fight is to kill your opponent or otherwise render them unable to fight. Kaguya can kill still Madara without being in the same dimension as him, if you're going to be so stubborn about the "different dimension = running away" excuse.

Madara has the sharinnegan. With practice and time he could do Kaguya's dimensional shifting or look at Cobra's post.

At this point, you're speculating. Madara doesn't have long until he basically dies from exhaustion. Madara is still a human, and while his features such as durability and such increase due to being the Juubi Jinchuuriki, his body still operates the same way a human's does. The human body can only go a week without sleep, and even less without food and water. Even if he spends all that time training, I don't think that he will learn how to travel through dimensions and create massive Gudodama like Kaguya can. Even if he does, he will still need to find her. Not to mention, Kaguya can travel through dimensions with ease. And out of the multitude of dimensions Madara will have to search, he still won't have enough time to finish the fight before exhaustion takes him. He will die, no matter how you look at it.
