Naruto is faster than Kaguya when her open the portal so Obito is nothin compared to Kaguya. Not to mention Kaguya failed to drag Naruto and doesnt know who is the real one. Kaguya one shot Obito in the end so yea, Obito by manga fact can not do anything to Naruto now.

In Boruto movie he only used it once. And was still at full power. The fact is we don't know how many times he can open the portal's to dimension hop. Obito was able to open 3 straight with Sakura's chakra. And Sasuke who have far more chakra than her can only open it once?
