Sadly Rurouni Kenshin makes my list around 10-15. The anime is horrible. The 1st season is almost completely filler. The 3rd season is about the same, and A LOT was left out in the manga. The only good part about it is the 2nd season with Shishio because he was awesome, and some of those battles were amazing.

Now, if you said best OVA, Samurai X is amazing.

It is hard to get more bad ass then that. That's up there with Yamamoto and WhiteBeard level of badassness.

Overall it is good, but not the best.
