So we all know that Sasuke got an idea about "the one who knows everything" from a scroll that Suigetsu gave him >>>

Suigetsu said with this we hawks(taka) can rule this world. So where did they get that scroll? We all know that they got locked when they fought raikage. So they were locked in this building

When they escaped from their cells they went to the storage so Suigetsu can get his katana back. And thats where they got the scroll. How did that scroll end up in the land of iron i dont know. So in that scroll "the one who knows everything" is mentioned. The question is why does Sasuke need Oro to meat that guy? Cant wait for Kishi to give us more about this theme.

The scroll that Suigetsu found, contains the information of how to undo the RDS cos remember that it was Oro's scroll and his arms are sealed inside it so maybe he wanted them back or something so he studied and created a jutsu which will reverse the RDS. Also he told Tsunade that there is another way for him to get his arms back.
That's why suigetsu said "With this we can rule the world" perhaps he new the power of all the 4 Hokage's and new that with them resurrected and with them under their control(EDO TENSAI) they could take advantage of the war being that all previous EDO's were released(except Madara).
So now Oro, Sasuke & CO. are going to a place which Sasuke knows(cemetery maybe) and once the 4 previous Hokage's are brought back then Sasuke will ask them how the Uchiha's coincided with the leaf during their reign(I.E. their generation).


Since I believe he/Oro is going to somehow undo/reverse RDS. Somehow all 4 Hokages may team up to indefinitely defeat Madara. Or perhaps his eternal rival shall fight him one last time. In addtition, I believe that to become true because it would be a great way to recieve flashbacks of their infamous fight at the FV since during their EDO fight they will recall the events of that fight.

Firstly I believe Oro said "those two" who know everything.
Secondly, Oro is the most knowledgeable shinobi when it comes to jutsu.
Thirdly, you might need an Edo Tensei to meet the requirements of the scroll.

After their escape suigetsu and juugo went to look for the katanas but since suigetsu didn't got his sword they left the land of iron and reached one of orochimaru's hideout where Juugo went out of control and attacked suigetsu and that time juugo broke a wall beyond which there was a secret room. There suigetsu found that scroll and not in land of iron.
You must read the manga clearly before making any laughable threads.

"the one who knows everything" he's talking about the scroll, and the person who knows all about it is orochimaru (?)
the scroll is going to be used on the Uchiha Clan, such as Sasukes parents, in order to ask what really happened back then (?)
