TBH: I think Madara Uchiha is the one who knows everything!! Think about it he knows so much about the Uzumaki Clan, The Tablet, The hermit and the Uchiha Clan. He was the leader of the Uchiha Clan. The first on who unlocked the SHaringan, MS, EMS and too Rinnegan. How else would he know on how to "Revive" the Juubi. Madara Uchiha is the Uchiha/Person who knows everything.

i believe the people or person who knows everything (about the leaf villiage and its past) are the hokages and more specifically hiruzen since he was hokage during the massacre. Ive had this theory the minute that manga chapter came out talking about "them" and "him"

Like I said before its Madara who knows everything, he taught Obito Uchiha everything he knows, including the History of The Hermit sage( SO6P), The Juubi, Rikoudo Jutsu's, Uchiha Jutsu's and the Uchiha History along with his history( Madara's story) and the Uchiha Hatred.
