Well I don't have much to go on, but i have a gut feeling sasuke wants to revive hashi. I know im not the first to say this, but I read something interesting I want to share.

obito refers to the fight between senju and uchiha as the reason itachi did what he did. Sasuke said he wants to meet the one who knows everything about the beginnings of his clan and his villege. I think sasuke wants to meet the man everyone respected and feared even more than madara (even the uchiha sided with hashi). not to mention hashi has been heavily forshadowed imo and when oro revived him i dont think it did justice to his charactor.
