While Oro is a likely answer, Sasuke said he intended to meet Madara too. Madara knows some things that may be useful to Sasuke.

In today's manga, Sasuke said he was going to meet with "the one who knows everything". While it wasn't disclosed who exactly that is, there are two obvious answers.

Orochimaru: Knew many secrets about the ninja world from a life time of research and development.

Madara: Was one of the most powerful people at the time of the clan wars. Knows a lot about the shinobi world's early history because he was there. Also knows much about the Uchiha clan's history which is important to Sasuke.

I'd like to get a feeling of who the base thinks Sasuke is referring to. I have a feeling it's Madara, but there's no way to know for sure right now.

i think he is gunna go the the snake sage though..maybe force kabuto to tell him the location? i mean thats the only way i think orochi can be alive....he was sent into a different space....how can he still he alive? i think that snake sage has something to do wit it

I don't see what's so confusing about this to be honest. He says the one who knows everything, Suigetsu asks him who, and in the next page he says Orochimaru. Am I missing something?

I also thought it was plain and simple but it seems that Sasuke absolutely needs Orochimaru to do something. Whereas he wants information from "The one...who knows everything". So it seems Sasuke doesn't want info from Orochimaru...he wants him to do something. He wants the info from someone else. (Maybe.)

p.s.Unless what Sasuke means by "do something" is just plain and simply "spilling the beans". There seems to be a lot written between the lines in this chapter. The vagueness of this chapter reminds me of the sixth coffin chapter.
