.....Uchiha Shisui!
A lot of people think it is someone related to the SO6P, maybe sons, but they have no almost no rule in the story line, Kishi wont bring someone new out now, and besides it wouldn't make any sense, they know nothing of the things that Sasuke wants to know.
I've also heard that the translation to "them" might be wrong and refers to just 1 person. Sasuke also refers to the scroll as the one who knows everything.
And if it's a "them" it most likely isn't his parrents, since Sasuke wouldn't adress his parrents as "them", he loved them more than anything.
The evidence for it being Shisui is simple:
Here Sasuke thinks of Shisui, from what Itachi showed him. Shisui entrusted his will to Itachi, because he knew how Itachi felt about the village and the name of Uchiha. The next is:
Sasuke talks with oro, and he says he still wants his revenge, but he first wants to know about Itachis feelings. Who could possebly know about this beside of Uchiha Shisui? And another interesting thing is what sasuke says in end of the page, it is the complete contradiction to how Madara is. Kishi is already foreshadowing that Sasuke will go against Madara.
And if you think that when Suigetsu said they could use it to turn the war. Yes Suigetsu probably didn't know that Shisui lost both his eyes. With an edo shisui at their side they could turn the war.
I must say though, this is the most logical answer, so probably been made post about it before, but couldn't find it. And since it's so logical, I don't think it's gonna go this way after all, but it's a theory.
