Well yeah, they were both martyrs for their clan, but Izuna can't answer "what's a village?" since he died before the villages were founded, maybe he can answer "what's a clan?"

Sasuke asked "What is a village?" ancestor died long before Konoha or any village was founded and Obito is kinda busy right now

I think he meant "everything" to do with his clans massacre. Or more specifically the coup d'etat that Itachi and Shisui tried to prevent.

Its speculation at this point Kagami Uchiha was alive with the first two kages and hasnt been seen since the second hokage threw his life away , but I'm leaning more towards Izuna.

Well whoever it is it's definitely an Uchiha and not an Uzumaki like some people propose, it's rather silly to ask something about your brother, your clan and your village from outsiders.
