They may have been a thread before about this but tobi knows everything. He knows about the sage and his sons (keep in mind we only have info from what tobi has said about these 3), the truth about itachi, the truth of the massacre, he knows about the ten tails, he knows if not every single detail about Madara, and he knows about the ten tails sharingan and rinnegan combination and it's ultimate genjustu. I might me wrong but it seems plausible if you think about it. Tobi is still unknown to us we have no real info about who he is or was. One last thing tobi could have been the sage of 6 paths enemy or rival and could have learned to keep his life going for centuries. In conclusion, my prediction is that tobi might know everything.

I still think that most likely the scroll contains a key Orochimaru developed to unlock the Fuuin Shiki seal and the people Sasuke wants to talk to are the previous Hokages. Hiruzen to find out about the events surrounding the Uchiha massacre, Minato to find out about the night Kurama attacked the village, Tobirama to find out the truth behind the Uchiha being made the police force, and Hashirama to find out the truth behind the formation of the village.

Orochimaru wants to unlock the Fuuin Shiki seal to get his arms back and so he can use Edo Tensei to get his hands on the power of the former Hokages.

1. Oro did say in his thoughts that 'he and Tobi used Sasuke', making it sound like a collaboration. On the other hand, Oro's been opposing Akatsuki ever since he left. Or is that just a ploy?
2. Hiruzen was the Professor (knew a lot of jutsu). Oro is a mad genius (knew a lot of jutsu). Hiruzen was able to sense something was up on the night 9 tails attacked. Could be the same thing with Oro.
