What Suigetsu exactly said was: "With That, We Hawks Can Rule The Shinobi Worl-..." Suigetsu of course is not the smartest chip in the block, if the Scroll had such tremendous power then why didn't Oro and esp. Kabuto used it before? why keep it stashed in Oro's basement and not use its' power? knowing how power hungry both Oro and Kabuto are, it's out of character for them not to act upon the scroll's power immediately when they can. Suigetsu saw the Edo Tensei army and how powerful they were, in his childish mind he must've thought that with Taka's skills and the power of an edo army they can rule over the world aka it was merely his banal fantasies. And whatever the true nature of the scroll has, one thing is clear: the scroll has the power to facilitate to meet someone, so it's most probably Edo Tensei.
I think the chakra they sensed wasn't from this person they are seeking but from Naruto's, you can see Oro was quite amused that it bothered/annoyed Sasuke and I doubt Sasuke would be annoyed in sensing the chakra of the very person he is seeking.![]()
1) Orochimaru hasn't been able to use any ninjutsu since his encounter with the 3rd Hokage. The scroll could have been saved for other reasons
2) it was in a hidden room, in a hideout. This very well could have been hidden from Kabuto himself.
3) After reading the scroll, Sasuke himself stated how this was something only Orochimaru can do. Knowing Others have performed Edo already
4)Suigetsu was surprised that Orochimaru would even consider such a task. This man knows Orochimaru very well, hence advised Sasuke not to revive Orochimaru feeling as Sasuke me be underestimating HIM. Edo wouldn't receive such a reaction from Suigetsu
They might be going to the place where the other stone tablet is. Tobi talked about it in episode 205 where he's read all of Rikudo's secrets and its location lies somewhere beneath Konoha. Sasuke's only read the one in Nakano shrine where the secrets of the mangekyou are described.
Since I was correct that they were going to Konoha, I think it's safe to say that we can eliminate these characters as the one who knows everything:
1 Konoha Elders: Sasuke and co. did not enter Konoha itself but rather its surrounding vicinity, but the two elders are always inside buildings or the Hokage quarters, and there would be no need to revive Oro if Sasuke just wanted to meet those two.
3 Sasuke's parents/ Uchiha clan : I doubt their burial place was kept secret, since in the eyes of the villagers they weren't traitors for no one knew that they were planning a coup except for the third hokage, danzo and the two elders so they were most probably buried in the cemetery where all Konoha shinobi are interred like Asuma.
1. Suigetsu already pointed out Oro's arms were sealed, but Sasuke insisted in reviving Oro, possibly to teach him how to do the prepatations and hand signs needed to perform Edo Tensei himself.
2. And yet Suigetsu was able to find it whereas Kabuto couldn't, that's implausible
3. Naturally it was Oro who is the only one capable of using/knowing anything about the scroll since only he and Kabuto can perform Edo Tensei and the latter is currently incapacitated.
4. Suigetsu was merely expressing his reservations in the revival of Oro, knowing Orochimaru's duplicitous and insidious personality that he might try to take power again, and if you remember when Suigetsu said that he said afterwards that "if you just take time you can learn to use it all by yourself" meaning that the scroll has a power that can be learned in due time but Sasuke wanted answers immediately, hence the need to facilitate Oro's revival as an instructor of performing Edo Tensei.
It's possible but what would that entail? the tablets were written prior to the Uchiha Massacre and probably older than Madara himself, why would the stone contain info. on the location of someone somewhere?
1) Sasuke already watched Kabuto release Edo, also Itachi already briefly discussed the basis of Edo infront of Sasuke. At this point, needing Orochimaru other than the whereabouts of someone would only make sense.
2) They didnt mean to find the room, and I think it was Juugo who really found it.
3) Regardless, Sasuke wouldn't have said, there are certain things ONLY Orochimaru can perform. Edo can be performed by anyone given the right prep and knowldge.
4) So the scroll gave Sasuke the idea to revive Orochimaru and the use of Edo, regardless of previously knowing this already?!
Well, first of all the tablet can be read only by an Uchiha with mangekyou (perhaps a reason why the scroll was hid by Oro and never used). I don't think the tablet needs to contain any info of someone's location. What is Sasuke's aim right now? Fight Naruto, destroy Konoha, complete his vengance. To acomplish that he'd need more power. The rinnegan. I believe the scroll contained info on the rinnegan, reason why Suigetsu was so shocked, correctly guessed that it'd be sth of Sasuke's interest (since he's the only one who can awaken it) and later told Sasuke that it'd take time but he'll be able to learn it eventually. However, Sasuke is hasty. To acquire rinnegan he must get Senju DNA and it'd take time to find and learn medical ninjutsu to do so. That's why Sasuke revived Orohimaru, replying "there are things only Orochimaru could do". He needs him to give him the Senju DNA! In addition the "one who knows all" could be Uchiha's ancestors who have written the tablet and Sasuke simply wants to read their will and/or speak to them through Oro. like the Rinnegan, etc.
You say that the one who knows all could be Shisui, right? I personally like tha idea but the problem is that Kabuto said he didn't have the location of Shisui's body. True, Sasuke maybe knows where his body lies through Itachi's memories now but then why does he want Orochimaru, who doesn't know, to lead the way? Hmm... And even if it was Shisui where would the story lead to then?
Another possibility I have in mind is that Oro is taking Sasuke to his lab near Konoha, believed to have been destroyed before Orochimaru left the village and maybe has someone's body, for example Fugaku's, Izuna's or Mito's, must be someone of use to the young Uchiha, that could tell him something important, which would power him up and help him take a difficult decision, someone who could tell a good tale so that we know more of the past and the story can progress.
