Ok so in the manga there's been a misunderstanding. Different manga translations say different things. for example sasuke saying " i want to meet the one who knows everything". and Another manga translation, he says that and oro says to him " you want to meet them?". So obviously there's a misunderstanding in the manga translation and thus we cant make a really good prediction oh who it might be.

1. If its meant to be translated so that sasuke will meet only 1 person then that person is Shisui uchiha.

2. If its meant to be translated so that sasuke will meet more then 1 person then its his parents.

i believe he will be meeting shisui either way but if its more than one then he will go and meet his father perhaps the leader of the coup d etat aswell

If it's really the plural "them" then it is Shisui and another person/persons, possibly Fugaku his father and his mother and the other Uchiha coup leaders. and that may also include the two Konoha elders who were possibly co-conspirators with Danzo

It's an easy mistake to make. Though, I could be wrong. It could actually be multiple people, but I still think it's one person Sasuke will meet.
