I believe that Madara's brother is still alive...... Bare with me here.... He is not tobi, however he is the one that oro is taking sasuke to meet/see.
The one that knows the truth about the past, the day of the massacre and most of all the leench pin that well crumble Madara with all his might and power. The one who has lurked in the shadows for so long he himself became one........
It was said he was dead......... However do you believe it????
How come noone knows about him, how can he stay hidden for so long??? Tobi existed and created a deadly clan (Akutsuki) With out anyone realizing him....
How does oro know him???? with research and searching oro was able to find him, you can say it's the same way itachi found tobi... Place oro is a snake that lives in the shadows.... He well find him, if anyone it would be him.

In naruto we have all seen these weird jutsu's...... Edo, Sasunno, clones...... And yet one can't come up with a way to create a perfect dead body.... I mean they can create the dead demon seal, which invites the grim wiper....... All these jutsu and one can't create a body and cheat death

Madara pretty much cheated death in a way. I mean yeah he died but when he was edo'd he restored himself.
