as of now the ones that have killed the most people i think are this ones:
obito: declared the war making him responsible for the death of nearly 80 000 shinobi and 100 000 thousand white zetsu,
plus the deaths cause by akasutsuki si nce he was pulling the string behind the shadows
madara: he soloed onokis company with two meteors, and has sharr responsibility for the deats cause with the juubi
orochimaru: even though he doesnt come close to obito and madara he kipnapped hundreds if no thounsands of people for his experiments

we know she used IT in people and that people turn into white zetsus but as of now we dont know how many people were caught, it was implied that the moon did not existed before kaguya so she must have used some other way to cast IT and probably was no worldwide, so we dont know the amount, all we know is obito was able to make 100 000 zetsus out of the gedou mazou, maybe he could only make 100 000 zetsus because those were all the souls trapped in there.

i was not asking who soloed who, they´re still alive just void of chakra, and i´m pretty sure that everybody or most of them will be rescued from IT soon enough
