Taka is organization created by Sasuke consist of those who special abilities connected with Kaguya such as Kaguya clan, Hoozuki clan, juugo clan, uzumaki clan, uchiha clan and the master mind Kabuto and Orochimaru. They just want Sasuke to be in group again and stalking him. They need Sasuke for awaken Kaguya Sharingan the advance version of Rinnegan and control over Shinju, Juubi, Holy Fruit and find the reason behind everything.
I know they can control those gifted with Sage linage with drug and serum they created.
Kabutomaru (senjutsu + with serum)> Rinnegan Sasuke
Have a senjutsu make him near to sage of sixth path tiers which that Senjutsu</>Rinnegan, what left for Taka is Sasuke Sharingan which now already turn to Rinnegan. Sarada is possible to have Sharingan and Taka may after it in order for him to be comparable to Kaguya Sharingan. Sasuke and Bolt will find the kidnapped kids away from Taka experiment but as exchange they get Sasuke back in group.
But anyways i dont think Sasuke be harmed because Kabuto want to protect Sasuke his promise to Itachi, while Orochimaru look for Sasuke wind for changes. Still, this how possibility from my point of view how Kaguya will reborn either from Sarada or Himawari.
