You expect Madara to fight with half power? Plus the fact that Kishi nerfed him? Madara could have easily used Susanoo hand to block Sasuke slash as he did pre-Juubi Jin to block Tobirama water needles and he only had 1 Rinnegan at the time. Where was Madara's Wood jutsus? Deva path? Weapon path? Absorbing ninjutsus? Summoning his summonings and using them for shared vision? Why didn't he control Edo Tobirama and Edo Hashirama who had his chakra rods in them? Why wasn't he using his PS? Why didn't Madara use 25 wood clones to overwhelm Sasuke and Naruto as he did with the 5 Kages?

Naruto have less power than Madara so he can afford to split his power as much as Madara can and Madara's clones can use the same jutsus he can do they all use Limbo and Deva path. Exactly. Madara with no plot shits on both Naruto and Sasuke with feats he shown as Edo, with no eyes, and one eye pre Juubi Jin that he didn't even used after becoming more powerful.
