Did my false attempt at an ego get your attention? Anywaay, this is an open fight. But wait! There's more. Just for fun, let's add a bit of roleplay into it. Here's the scenario:

You're a ninja of one of the major shinobi villages. Which one is entirely up to you. You've been assigned a mission by your kage. It sounds simple enough. A nearby landowner and farmer came by seeking to hire a bodyguard. He says that a man had come to his house wishing to buy the land from him. The farmer refused. The land was not for sale. It had been with his family for many, many generations. But the man wouldn't take no for an answer. The man said there would be concequences if he continued to refuse and that he'd be back within seven days to hear the man's final answer. Worried that the man may become violent when he was refused again, he thought it best a bodyguard was present. You have no reason to believe that this man is of any particular power.

The seven days have passed, and you've traveled to the farm. Put as much effort into the RP as you want.

Edit: In case it wasn't obvious, I'm using my Inchato Yuki bio for this fight. Oh, and there's a three day reply limit.

Had been chilling in his mansion which was in the very back of Kumogakure, when he suddenly got a letter from Gin saying that he had assigned him to a mission. Gin and Jio had argued lately, like most brothers, so Jio was sure this mission was going to be shitty if it wasn't something of utmost importance. When Jio got the mission info, he wasn't even upset with the job; it was a simple bodyguard duty to protect some over worried old man. No big deal at all. Jio gathered his usual attire and swiftly made his way to the farm with the older man, safely getting him there within a few days time, which could've been shortened if the man wasn't so content on taking numerous brakes during the trip.

Finally making his way to the farm, Jio relaxed on the roof of the main building in the farm, obviously the owners home. After a few hours of gazing into the sun which was way over the horizon, Jio spotted a dot from a distance.

Finally.....

Jio murmured the words to himself, being quite ready for this to be the man wanting to buy the property. If the guy couldn't take no as an answer, Jio knew violence was one of the options for people like that, thus is probably why Gin picked a nekura to go. He knew Jio wouldn't mind killing the unwanted visitor whether he was of small caliber strength or high. It made no difference to those of the darkest clan. Jio still on the roof just gazing at the ever so closer approaching dot in the distance, sighed lightly as the older man bursted out the front door yelling at Jio..

Thatssssss him!!!! He won't take no as an answer! This is my families farm!!

Calm down, you've told me this already. Just tell him to leave. Easy.

You think I never tried that???! He won't stay away, and I believe his last statement about consequences was an indirect threat...

We'll see...

The farmer continued to spout nonsense as Jio still casually watched the man's approach..

had been walking for quite a while. This old farmer, Taikyo, was an excellent example of the type of man Inchato hated. All Inchato wanted was to get the man's permission to set up a post for one of his own men to keep an eye on the road. Shinobi were always coming and going from Kumogakure, and this was an excellent spot to mark their progress. Oh, but the old man wouldn't have that. "No foreigners are gonna be on my land on my watch!" He had said. Even when Inchato offered to by the land for an absurd sum of money, Taikyo refused him. This was when Inchato lost his composure for a moment, and threatened the man as he stormed out of the house. That had no doubt been a mistake.

He was nearing the house now, a suitcase full of money in his right hand. He hoped that the presence of the actual cash would help to sway the man's mind. He needed to have access to this land. Upon getting closer, Inchato saw a man perched on the roof of the farm house. And it was no ordinary man. A man with such an extravagent appearance could only be a ninja. Still quite a distance away, Inchato dropped the suitcase and reached into his pocket. It had been a while since he checked up on his old Bingo Book. Inchato flicked quickly through the pages before stopping at the man's picture. Jio Ōtsutsuki, a ninja of Kumogakure. The bingo book didn't say anything else about him, but it was enough that he was there. With a sigh, Inchato snapped the bingo book shut and placed it back in his pocket. He picked the suitcase back up and continued walking.

So threatening the man had turned out to be a big mistake. Inchato would still offer the old man the money, but the presence of the other shinobi complicated things. Upon reaching a mid-range of the man, Inchato stopped, a friendly smile on his face. But before he could even get a word out, he was cut off.

"Get off my land! I don't want you here!"

At this, Inchato blinked. Unfriendly stubborn old *******. With his eyebrows turned upward in an innocent expression, Inchato spoke.

"Come on Taikyo, this is more than a fair price." As he said this, he turned the briefcase and clicked the top of it, prompting it to fall open. The brief case was full to the brim of money, strapped in tightly. There was far more than the land was actually worth. "All this just for permission for me to keep a man posted on your land." With a flick of his wrist, he snapped the briefcase shut again. "Come on, that's more than fair."

"I said, Get off my land!" The old man shouted, pointing a gnarled old finger off toward the horizon line. When all Inchato did was sigh and shake his head, a pitying expression on his face, the old man turned to the shinobi on the roof. "You see? He won't leave! Kill 'em!"

Inchato merely peered up at the man. He was curious to his reaction. No doubt he would see how absurd this old man was.

Upon hearing that, Jio simply let off a small chuckle and slid to the edge of the roof with his legs dangling off the edge. As he sat up there he looked down at the farmer with a look of pity obviously in his eyes. Jio wasn't sure why the man didn't want the large sum of money simply for a man being stationed here, wasn't a big deal and Jio wanted to know what was the big issue with it all before he killed the guy..

Hey farmer.... Why don't you want that money? In all honesty, this farm isn't in good condition to start with, and he's still offering a great sum. I don't get why you don't work with him. With this deal, it seems you come out on top. Not only do you keep your farm, you also get a large amount of money worth more than the farm, plus a shinobi stationed here to watch over the roads, which indirectly gives your farm a sort of "security"... Am I not seeing the bad?

Jio then directed his attention to the shinobi with the suitcase, wondering why he was so content on getting his subordinate placed here... That much money just to place a single shinobi here to watch roads? What was the bigger purpose here? Jio nonchalantly parted his lips to then speak to the opposing shinobi.

Why are you so content on getting a man of yours here? You're offering much past this place's worth, so I'm sure there's a different goal in mind. Hmm.
