Tsunade and the third raikage are quite similar characters. Third raikage has never showcased any feat that would make him even faster than Tsunade, that's actually the other way around. Tsunade can simply punch his head in to bits, or hold him in his place while Katsuyu acids him.
Third raikage's fingering won't be a problem for Tsunade.

And also in this match up mega jinton kills the whole opposing team.

Tsunade's punches are stronger in a way, and fuuton rasenshuriken is stronger in a way.
They have a completely different way of damaging the opponent.
Against the third raikage attacks that cut/stabs and such has no effect, it was mentioned that his skin has an amazing durability.

Tsunade's punch on the other hand is completely different. A punch from her on third raikage would destroy his insides via tremors.

My point is, with no knowledge, the kage won't do Mega jinton IC

Even Mei could take him down, or Hiruzen.

Kirigakure no jutsu and lava. That's pretty much it. :|

He has no ways of getting out of the mist, and lava still melts him.
Then there's futton. And suiton to push him away.

I have given reasons why he can be taken down by the two characters I have mentioned. I haven't heard any viable counters.
