I adored Neji but his death in this chapter was so anti-climatic and rushed that I struggled to feel any ounce of remorse. I was just left dumbfounded. I know once animated it will be a completely different story.

More of Konoha's 11 and Sensei's will likely perish however, I highly doubt that Kishi is going to end the series with a majority of the characters dead. Kishi will pull yet another troll card and somehow they will be revived. Or maybe this entire war was one big genjustu and never happened. *cue in twilight zone theme*

i completley agree with your 1st part. thought abit shocking, Neji's death seemed abit rushed. he should have at least gotten a few chapters before falling. but i get it. this war has dragged on long enough. as for the Rest...gawd I hope not. it would help Naruto's character development so much more if those who died in this war stay dead. and yes, it will be so much more traumatic if Sakura dies, but I don't really see that happening

the war is already washed up. He has to finish it before turning it up a notch, we all know Sasuke and Orochimaru are the entertainers of the series.

Without Lord Sasuke, this manga would turn into utter crap

Not even close, this horrible rushed out war arc is proving my point. Even the way Neji left was so rushed and anti-climatic to the point that I dont even feel much remorse.

also back on topic, Neji was one of my favorites who had so much potential in him, but the went astray the moment he lost to Naruto and started believing his will of fire bs...

Kishi made him grow rather slowly and fodderized him to the point that he made him even die like one

Guys, neji is dead. Im sad to say, but he is. Back when he was fighting naruto in the chunin exams, he said that the only way to be free of the cursed mark was through death. In the end of the chapter, you can see the cursed mark disappearing which would likely mean neji died...

Sucks that he died, but at least he died honorably. If he gets revived it would be ridiculous and ruin the mood, although I wish he was still alive :shrug:

Agreed. They killed him off too quickly. We didn't get to seem in action that much
