But the shinju and the juubi are basically the same thing shinju=juubi, kaguya is the separate entity if anything. A better analogy is the creator, the destroyer, and the destroyer. The juubi is the creator as the ninetails said he was the progenitor of the world, the shinju is the preserver that preserves life forms as seen in IT and it's a tree soooooooo and the destroyer kaguya self explanatory. Kaguya became the core of the juubi and the juubi itself is the shinju so you'd be combining the powers of all three creatures which is bad the juubi as the body, kaguya was the core driving the body and the shinju which again is the juubi sustains the body.

So if I eat an apple from a tree in all of a sudden I'm apart if that tree? Or what that tree stands for? Your logic confuses me. Kaguya is a separate entity both the shinju and the juubi have been the same since the shinju began even after kaguya ate the fruit she became her own person. She isn't bound to the tree in anyway unless the forbidden fruit was called the forbidden fruit because you'll gain incredible powers but you'll eventually became a destructive monster, your heart and soul would be twisted, after eating the fruit then kaguya was good ending the war but the evil seeds in the fruit eventually corrupted her and it wasn't kaguya that wanted the chakra back it was the shinju who corrupted kaguya's thoughts reason why she didn't kill her sons at first and why she hasn't KILLED Naruto and sasuke yet if she really wanted to naru and sasu be dead by now. So she went from goddess to demon cause of the corruption of the seed unless that theory is right in disagreeing with thread.
