There are people who said this Akatsuki dude is Shisui, but there are some people who don't believe this... I found the "nose" of this dude, and it looks like the one of the mysterious dude.

Now look at this Akatsuki guy:

Now we got a name for that onion-head kid, Shin Uchiha and he says that this Akatsuki is his father, now look again at the first picture, and you'll see that he has some "black rings" around his eyes, just like Shin:

This Akatsuki is old and it looks like he doesn't have those lines around his eyes, or Kishi doesn't care about them... It's possible to be him because the nose is the same, and his kid has those black rings around his eyes..

UPDATE:
Also that kid used Shunshin no Jutsu in 700+2 with some leaves around him, this also can confirm that he's his son.

I know I'm stupid, but I usually apologize when I make a topic about something, that's me.. xD. I'm sorry if this theory is a garbage, but I tried...

Not quite the same thing. Shisui was touted by Hiruzen as a true inheritor of the Will of Fire (much like his grandfather Kagami). And this was even after he got his MS, so he had already endured severe emotional pain.
Obito was an orphan so he was dealing with great sorrow his whole life.

Being an orphan does not automatically make one's life sad. Losing Rin was obviously much more painful than anything he went through previously, because that's what awakened his MS. Whatever it was for Shisui, he did not waver. Shisui also was not stupid enough to be lured into becoming evil the way Obito was. Unless he is being completely controlled (via Edo Tensei, which is possible), I would consider it an insult to his character (and Itachi's for that matter).
