Let's play a game to see how many ninjutsus preta path can't absorb. i give one, then you give one, and try to give one that hasn't been given before in this thread. Ok, here goes.

Kamui phasing - preta path can't absorb this because it only affects Obito not the outside world, hence there is nothing to absorb.

preta can, after chakra reservoir has been nearly depleted, it starts absorbing life force. Otherwise how do you explain edo nagato becoming young after absorbing from killa bee, dont say its because he absorbed alot of chakra cause edo's have infinite chakra and he could have used that to become younger.

kage bushin are made of chakra too the only real difference is they have solid form and can interact with the world whereas standard "bushin" are illusions.

The form you take is tangible but not the Jutsu itself. That's like saying because you built something you can touch, the process, the act, of building something is something you can touch, see or hold onto. The form is tangible, not the transformation process.
