Well, As the title says, it's The Ninja Traveling World roleplay, free roam rp, with the basic rules applied of course. Minimum one paragraph post.
You may use a pre-set character, like for example, Shikamaru Nara is pre-set, or come up with your own unique character from any of the five nations.

-He walked out into the cold rainy day, he hated it but the hokage needed him for a very important task.-
"What a drag, being out herein this mopey weather."
He mumbled under his breath walking down the bustling street.
As he passed by the ramen shop, he decided to stop for some lunch, he thought the hokage could wait!

Konohamaru: Why just traveling.....? Why not eat or something? Everyone loves to eat. How come the sky is red and the ocean is purple? Why you look so funny?..........Blah.......Blah Blah.
