Nope, sage mode was gone when he was stabbed by chakra rods Shima left Lord Jiraiya's shoulder, ergo no Sage mode. Lord Jiraiya is just that bad ass man

Jman was stabbed with Nagato chakra rods, which is less powerful than Madara rods since Nagato has weaker chakra(many characters like Kakashi, Jiriya, SM Naruto broke it while Hashirama and Tobirama were sure no one should touch the rods). Had Tobirama been stabbed he could have taken them off or kept going since he is a senju. But I gotta him Jman some credit, he is boss for going even though he got some serious damage. His death in Storm 2 was amazing. Going out like a boss with a big rasengan.
