The Nine Tails (Kurama) other half of chakra

[*]If Kurama doesn't have it's whole chakra how was the Ten tails resurrected.
[*]Is it because of Minato was brought back with Edo Tensei by Orochimaru.
[*]If that is true does Naruto and Kurama have the other half of chakra now.
[*]If not could then how was the the Ten Tails resurrected or t doesn't need all of the chakra separated from it to be resurrected.
[*]And can Naruto and Kurama get the other half of chakra by any other means.

Note:I missed some issue here and there and I do not have the best memory.

the 10 tentail was resurrected with Gin/Kinaku's kyuubi chakra not Naruto's so that's how.....

Remember when the ten tails was ressurrected madara had said it was an incomplete form owing to the lack of complete chakra from the juubi and hachibi.

The Ten-tails resurrected, but not at full strength. It used the leg of the Hachibi, and the remnant chakra of the Ginkaku/Kinkaku Kyuubi chakra from the SO6P treasures to resurrect, and even then it took a while for it to gear up to its complete form.

obito used gikaku and kinkaku kyuubi's chakra and the hachibi's chakra from the octopus leg. obito said that the juubi is not in his complete form but is strong enough to complete the infinite tsukuyomi.
