There is currently no leverage or evidence of Caesar becoming a SH. There only the guy that guy can say is that "Caesar can be redeemed" but even that is unlikely due to who Caesar is.

There were no evidence for any of the strawhat recruiting until later on

1. Unlike Chopper, Robin, Franky and Brooke, Caesar has no prior foreshadowing for recruitment or similar parallels with any of the SHs.

parallels ?Foreshadowing? mind listing those please? cause last time I checked picking up te strawhats was rather random

2. Robin and Franky were never portrayed in an evil light. Robin never directly harmed the SHs or caused any damaged to them and all Franky did was steal from a pirate, but helped the SHs get the nakamas back.

Harming SH is not the only indicator of being evil, otherwise jack wouldn't be evil which is absurd. Robin agreed to start a war and was working under croco who is someone luffy "hated" as well. And again franky beat ussop up, why are you ignoring that fact? he beat up someone weaker than him by a lot and then stole his money, that's some evil shit.

And yeah, cesar did help the strawhat so far/.

3. Caesar is the typical embodiment of people Luffy hates. Luffy himself doesn't like Caesar and Caesar killed children and was the sworn enemy of the SHs in Punk Hazard. I don't see how a scientist who kidnaps, drugs and kills children can be redeemed to the point where he joins the MCs. That is bad story-telling as it forces redemption upon the reader.

No caesar can keep his characteristics but he would simply be always kept in check by the group. Robin is someone who was called the devil child, she worked for croco, and had betrayed him for her own reasons, such person was clearly unlikely to fit in with the strawhats and then after eneis lobby we've seen sides of her character than we have never thought she would have, and after timeskip, it's like she is completely a different person than then. It's caled character development. Luffy's hate would disappear if caesar was to give him some meat, that is how insignificant it is.

4. What can Caesar do in the SHs? Franky is the inventor(a mini Vegapunk)

He is no siceintist thogh, caesar is however. Franky is merely a shipwright who is obsessed with robots

and Chopper is the doctor.

Still not a scientist

It would be bad story telling for the SHs to rely on skill enhancing drugs.

It actually wouldn't, luffy was using iva's hormones back in marine ford, in tough situations luffy would use anything to save others, Plus three of the strawhats has little to no purpose in the crew, and that is usssop,robin and brook.

5. Caesar is traveling with the SHs? So did Vivi and she didn't join.

I didn't make this point.

According to the spoilers, Caesar is prowd of his gas weapon. He is too evil for the SHs.
