[Discussion] The next SH

I read here that the next SH was going to be a former villain so out of them all antagonists included who do you guys think has the biggest chance to become a SH and who would you personally want as a member.

Its hard for me to pick a villain seeing as how there are so many potential candidates like mr2 or hachi that eventually gained favor among the SH's so I couldn't choose one but as for my personal choice I would like ghin join I only say this because he told luffy he'd see him in the grand line and he was an great combatant who took out sanji so he would be a good choice for a fellow monster in the crew if he lived especially after the TS but its doubtful he made it though

Hopefully CC, great villain, Unique personality, A genius, Hax DF, Can be loyal(well to doffy at least). I think he's SH material personally, He just needs some redeeming which some strawhats had had in the past and he's good to go.

If oda said that recently then this is the case. But I'm almost positive oda said that in like 2k12. But he did say that luffy thinks ten is the perfect amount for a crew and were only at 9. Personally I would love to see ceaser join. He'll be the first logia straw hat( he's not stronger than the big 3, he'll be invaluable in these next couple arcs due to the enemy using chemical weapons, he has a big goal (being better than vegipunk), this wouldn't mark the first time the sh crew took on a villain (robin, frankly) and he just seems like he would make for good comedic relief

I only half agree I do think he'd make the perfect addition to the gadget trio and could make nami's weapon better but it would take a lot of redemption during this arc for luffy an co to accept him but the real question is would he be willing to join them

Lol did you seriously compare Franky to a guy who drugs and experiments on children, creates WMDs and sells them to maniacs, is willing to kill his own men, and is proud of his weapon causing mass genocide? There was nothing redeeming about Caesar equalizing the gas since he was forced to, and he was the one who created Koro in the first place.

Franky's worst crime was beating up Usopp and stealing money. He is in no way comparable to Caesar and his offenses.

Going with the Space concept, I say Enel, he satisfies the logia aspect, the villain aspect and he's strong as shit really, he was island scale at part 1.

Only his Haki was island scale though. His attacks only reached island scale with the Maxim augmenting his power.

Did it I don't recall that, I thought it was just his ship and he powered it. Still, he has the moon army which could be a big help in the final battle if they do in fact have some secret info up there, physically they didn't look to intimidating though.

Nevermind I found it, but he could still change his body structure without the ship right or am I misremembering that as well? Also this got me thinking, most of us accept Akainu could override Ace's fruit because lava is hotter than fire 1,200 C for lava 4986.85 °C for fire of a light blue/white flame. But lightning can reach 10,000 C around 200,000,000 volts, lightning can possess as high as 1 billion volts in a strike. So that said would it stand to reason that Enel's fruit could hurt Akainu's fruit, solely fruit's not the users themselves i.e. could a first grader with goro goro hurt a 1st grader with magu magu?

Most of us would be wrong. There are candle flames that burn hotter than magma. Magu beat Mera because Magu is semi-molten rock. The rock component smothers fire and just assimilates it into itself. So, nah, we can't say Goro is higher than Magu just because it's hotter.

Just because some fire can burn hotter than some lava doesn't make it any less true that the highest temperature lava reaches is higher than the hottest temperature fire reaches. There's more than one type of lava just like there's more than one type of flame as well, Ultramafic Lava apparently has a viscosity "as low as that of water" and reaches 1,600 C now I'll grant you Akainu appears to have chunks of earth in his so it's not that, but let's not ignore that fire temperature is highly dependent on the accelerant being burned and Ace appears to simply be igniting the oxygen around him creating flame and not using any chemical or element that would give him significantly high temperatures, certainly no cotton or other material.

Also I wasn't saying higher as in better, I was saying could the goro goro cause damage to the magu magu user without haki the way Akainu damaged Ace's body without Haki and was a result of the fruit. I say this because if it was a haki df punch then there's no real reasoning that would explain how that much force after blowing through an entire body stopped inches from Luffy's face, with Haki and puncturing like that there'd be near no resistance to slow the punch down but if it was pure df overpowering then it would make sense that his hand met resistance while punching through Ace.
