Sannin is a nickname given to Tsunade, Jiraya and Orochimaru by Hanzo for Surviving his attacks. They will not be Called the Sannin as the title is unique

How about kabuto? He has been taught more by oro than sasuke and can take sasuke's body if he wanted. Am guessing he should replace sasuke because he has already became a sage.
