Kakashi has great leadership qualities and experience to make wise and informed decisions. Would make a great Hokage if he would gather the motivation.

Naruto has great leadership qualities, but overall lacks experience and may be a bit too rash with decisions to be Hokage. Too young right now I think.

Sasuke lacks a connection with people and empathy to make for a great leader. Other than that I would trust him to make informed decisions, but his ethics and caring for Leaf citizens are in question. It would take a great change in character for him to be Hokage.

You're right about Naruto lacking experience and being too rash with decisions but, don't you remember that Shikamaru would be his adviser? I'm not sure if Naruto wanted Shikamaru or if Shikamaru said he would but it was said.

Naruto is the most suited to be hokage

Naruto is more suited than Kakashi,The man who everyone in Konoha respects,who is well known among the Five Nations,Famed as “Kakashi Of The Sharingan,The Man Who Has Copied Over 1000 Jutsu”,Who has been nominatated for Hokage twice by not only Shikaku – Konoha’s greatest tactician but also the Daimyo who are the leaders of the Fire Nation who Konoha works for.Kakashi,Student Of Minato,Famed as “The Yellow Flash Of Konoha”,also known for his legendary performance from the prevoius war and saving the village from the Kyuubi,and being the Fourth Hokage,This man,Son of the infamous Sakumo Hatake,said to have as much respect as the Legendary Sannin’s do,is not more suited than 17 year old Naruto?Despite all his expereince in the world,as a Shinobi,and all the knowledge he has?

To be honest I don't see much point in maintaining the shinobi system as it is now. However, maybe there will be a transitional era that needs a highly intellectual leader. Kakashi is fine for that purpose, so if we take Obito's words for granted, I wouldn't be surprised if Kakashi became the hokage. In the meantime Naruto may become mature enough to take on the leadership, preaching ninshuu or something.
