Naruto should become the next Hokage.Because he is not only powerful but knows where,when and how to use it.He is a very friendly person and can even change a worst man to a good person.
Sasuke can become the head of police force,incharge of the village security.
Shikamaru can become the chief strategist of Konoha.
Else,
Naruto the Head if all Kages and Sasuke becomes the Hokage.
