Definitely Soi Fon..Although probably no Captain is going to die. Maybe Unohana, Yamamoto hid her and the whole squad for a reason, they're probably the priority target, as they are the only ones capable of healing, that would strike a great deal of damage...

He did it cause he knew the damage the royal guard will cause will be bigger than anything. Which is why squad four sat ou so they can heal everything after the royal guard finishes demolishing everything.
